Graduated from North China Electric Power University, with over 10 years of experience in aerospace remote sensing at the CASC 508th Institute.
Served as Lead or Deputy Lead on more than 10 projects for key national agencies, including the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), the State Administration for Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense (SASTIND), and the Central Equipment Development Department. Also served as Deputy Program Director for multiple national missions in resources, environment, and marine observation.
