On September 20, 2025, the World Young Scientists Forum (Nanjing), a grand scientific event themed "Youth, the Future of World Science," was grandly opened in Nanjing Jiangbei New Area. At the main venue, over 20 Nobel laureates, academicians from home and abroad, and more than 100 top young scientists gathered to discuss cutting-edge technologies and the future of industry. On this high-profile platform that brought together the world's "best minds," Interstellar Remote Sensing (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. reached a highlight in its development: Chairman Chen Jianpeng, on behalf of the company, officially signed an agreement with Nanjing Jiangbei New Area, marking the successful launch of the "Interstellar Remote Sensing Satellite Remote Sensing Camera Production Base Project," with a total investment exceeding 100 million yuan. This strategic move not only adds a significant chapter to the forum's achievements in technology transfer but also opens a new chapter in Interstellar Remote Sensing's nationwide industrialization layout.

Following this signing, Interstellar Remote Sensing will establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Interstellar Remote Sensing (Nanjing) Technology Co., Ltd., in Nanjing Jiangbei New Area, and construct a state-of-the-art cleanroom laboratory for satellite remote sensing payloads and a high-performance optical camera assembly line. Upon completion, this project will become the first research base and assembly line in East China and the first in China's private sector capable of mass-producing sub-meter-level remote sensing cameras, providing solid support for the company to build a complete industrial chain capability encompassing "technology research and development + high-end manufacturing."

Although established in April 2025, Interstellar Optical Remote Sensing Technology Co., Ltd. is a technology-driven company with a long history of accumulation. Its core team is led by senior remote sensing experts in the industry, with most members possessing extensive backgrounds and engineering experience from national-level aerospace research institutes. It is precisely this profound understanding and unwavering pursuit of aerospace precision technology that has enabled the company to successfully finalize dozens of optical remote sensing space cameras covering different spectral bands and resolution requirements, establishing advantages in core technical indicators such as "ultra-high resolution, ultra-high image quality, and intelligent multimodal operation." The establishment of the Nanjing production base represents a crucial leap for these advanced technologies towards large-scale, industrialized application.

“Choosing Nanjing Jiangbei New Area as the core hub of our industrial layout is a well-considered strategic decision,” said Mr. Chen Jianpeng, Chairman of Interstellar Remote Sensing, at the signing ceremony. “Jiangbei New Area’s superior location advantages, first-class industrial policies, and abundant high-end talent resources are highly compatible with Interstellar Remote Sensing’s development needs. This project will not only be a production plant, but also our East China innovation headquarters. We will rely on this platform to deeply integrate R&D and manufacturing, accelerate technology iteration and product transformation, and ensure that we always stay at the forefront of commercial remote sensing payload technology.”

In the future, the products from the Nanjing base will be widely used in various fields related to people's livelihoods, such as precise monitoring of land and resources, refined management of smart cities, ecological environment protection, and disaster prevention and mitigation. This will allow high-end aerospace remote sensing technology to truly "come down from the cloud," serve the national economy and people's livelihoods, and inject new momentum into the integrated development of the regional digital economy and the real economy.

This signing marks a solid step towards Interstellar Remote Sensing Technology's vision of becoming a "leading technology provider for commercial remote sensing payloads in China." Starting from this point, Interstellar Remote Sensing Technology will continue to deepen its core technologies, working hand in hand with Nanjing Jiangbei New Area and other partners to explore new paths for high-quality development in commercial aerospace, contributing unique private sector strength and innovative vitality to China's transformation from a major spacefaring nation to a leading spacefaring power.
